President Long called the meeting to order after the 2nd 100 targets on Saturday July 15, 2017 at the Western Zone Shoot in Tucson Arizona. He then turned the meeting over to the secretary/ treasurer Roger Combs who gave a brief Treasurer
report.
There was discussion regarding the improper classification of a junior shooter. The issue was resolved by ATA representative John Bergman.
Discussion was held about problems at the State Shoot in Tucson. President Long will appoint a committee to address the concerns with the proper representatives from Tucson Trap and Skeet.
Discussion was held regarding a trap club not reporting shoot information in a timely manner to the ATA.
Discussion was held regarding the buy down of targets and/or the increasing of prizes awarded.
